Wonder Rose Hair Studio Policies and Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Wonder Rose Hair Studio. We strive to deliver excellent service in a safe and professional environment. Please review our updated policies to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

Appointments and Service Satisfaction

A service that has already been provided is non-refundable. However, we are committed to resolving any concerns and will work with you to address them within 48 hours of your appointment.

We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it is unsafe or not in your best interest.

Professional Conduct

We maintain a respectful and welcoming environment. Unacceptable behaviour or abusive language toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or permanent banning from the salon.

In the event that we are running late, you will be given adequate notice to make any necessary adjustments to your schedule. Should you feel dissatisfied, we kindly ask that you speak with us directly. We are committed to resolving concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

• We request that all clients, including social media influencers, refrain from recording or taking videos during your service without prior permission. We respect the privacy of our staff and kindly ask that you do not use your phone or camera to record or take pictures without consent. Pictures may be taken after your service.

• At Wonder Rose Hair Studio, we love showcasing our work on social media and may take photos before, during and after your service. If you prefer not to have your face shown, please let us know, and we will ensure your face is avoided in any photos or recordings.

• We take any defamation of character very seriously. Posting or recording content on social media that falsely reflects our brand or misrepresents your experience may result in legal action. Should you have any concerns or complaints, please follow our formal procedures to address them. You are welcome to leave a review reflecting your honest experience.

Health and Safety

CCTV is in operation on the premises for safety and security reasons.

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns before your service.

We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

A £10 late fee will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late to cover additional expenses such as parking or childcare.

If you refuse to pay the late fee, you will either:

1. Be blocked from booking future appointments, or

2. Be required to pay in full before booking any future services.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We may still accommodate you if our schedule allows.
